Testing & Certification
Harcon Testing Services Limited offer a comprehensive maintenance and re-certification programm for all fall protection systems that are installed as part of BS EN 795 “Protection Against Falls From A Height, anchorage devices, requirements and testing.
All inspections comprise of checking the systems integrity for signs of corrosion, misuse, metal fatigue, damage deployment of shock absorber units and torsion of fastenings. The testing, inspection, recording and recertification of the Mansafe Systems as above will be carried out in line with the manufacturers recommendation and the following British Standards requirements.

Upon satisfactory inspection and testing (where relevant) of the above, each system will be re-tagged and certified accordingly, followed by an inspection certificate stating all relevant information relating to each individual system. CLICK HERE FOR SAMPLE COPY
We will also inspect and keep a record of all Personal Protective Equipment, i.e. Harnesses, Lanyards etc which will also be stated on the certificate, so that all information is easily accessible at all times.
Further on site training of personnel would be carried out if required on the day of inspection, for up to 5 persons at no additional cost, this is a free of charge service we offer to ensure that regular staff changes are accommodated on an annual basis.
